Level One

Time: 3 hours

Kitchen:

• Fridge wiped down

• Sinks cleaned
• Floor washed
• Counter cleaned

Bedrooms:

• Dresser and night tables dusted
• Mirrors cleaned
• Floor vacuum
• Bed made

Dining room:

• Dusting
• Vacuum

Hallways:

• Vacuum
• Banisters cleaned

Package includes kitchen & bathroom garbage removal

Level Two

Time: 5 hours

Everything from level one plus:

Kitchen:

• Cobwebs removed
• Cupboards wiped down
• Fingerprints removed
• Patio doors cleaned

Bathrooms:

• Chrome cleaned to a shine
• Towels straightened

Bedrooms:

• Cobwebs removed
• Window tracks dusted
• Beds made
• Baseboards wiped down

Dining Room:

• Cobwebs removed
• Ceiling fans dusted (using a feather duster)
• Baseboards wiped down

Hallways:

• Shelves dusted where reachable
• Baseboards wiped down
• Clean finger-prints off walls & doorways
• Clean banisters & vacuum stairs
• Entranceway floors washed

Level Three:
Time: 7.5 hours (plus 30 min break)

Everything from level one and two plus:

Kitchen:
- Dust fans-with feather dusters
- Dust reachable shelves
- Baseboards wiped down
- Blinds dusted

Bathrooms:
- Baseboards wiped down
- Finger prints removed
- Blinds dusted

Bedrooms:
- Beds made (with fresh linens left)
- Interior windows cleaned, tracks dusted
- Fans dusted with feather duster
- Finger prints removed from door frames

Dining Room:
- Front of glass cabinets dusted & cleaned
